Marco Altomari, a trained banker, graduated in real estate management from the International Real Estate Business School (IRE/BS) in Regensburg before spending several years as Managing Director of a brokerage firm in Nuremberg.
In 2018, Marco Altomari joined PROJECT Immobilien, where he was initially responsible for the sale of condominiums in Nuremberg, Munich and Frankfurt am Main as Regional Manager South. In October 2019, he moved to d.i.i. Deutsche Invest Immobilien AG in Wiesbaden, where he joined the management team as Head of Sales – New Construction and Privatisation.
Since March 2023, Marco Altomari has been back at PROJECT Immobilien and, as Managing Director of PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH, is responsible for sales, marketing and customer support.

The qualified industrial management assistant started his career in the commercial letting sector in 2006 as regional sales manager at Sirius Facilities GmbH, where he was responsible for properties in the Berlin area and northern Germany. His main duties included the further development of the commercial sector and the optimisation of letting processes.
Martin Neumann’s specialist skills took him to STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH in 2010. Working from their Berlin headquarters, he looked after the key accounts Generali Real Estate and Telekom AG, and was responsible for the letting of new office rental spaces and for ensuring the upkeep of each property.
In 2015, Martin Neumann took over the management of the letting department at GSG Berlin.
He joined PROJECT Immobilien in 2018. There, Martin Neumann initially worked as head of letting Germany for the commercial sector. On January 1, 2019, he was appointed to the Management Board of the former PROJECT Immobilien Gewerbe AG. Since 2021, he has been Managing Director of PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH. There, he is responsible for the letting department in the commercial real estate sector.
