PROJECT Immobilien Gewerbe AG has succeeded in expanding its contract with NOVUM Hospitality, which was signed in January of this year, for the new hotel and office construction “FRONTOFFICE” at Berlin’s future city airport in Schönefeld.

As a result, the total space leased by the European hotel company from “FRONTOFFICE” will total around 10,000m². NOVUM Hospitality will market both projects, under the innovative storytelling concept by the brand niu, as "niu Hotel" and "niu APP Boardinghaus”. niu has high expectations of quality and aims to set benchmarks in terms of interior design and F&B offer in the 3-star sector. Starting with the planned completion at the beginning of 2020, the lease period has initially been set at 20 years. Construction should start in the spring or summer of 2018.
