PROJECT Immobilien receives Deutscher BeteiligungsPreis 2017
PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH has been awarded the Deutscher BeteiligungsPreis 2017, by the trade journal “BeteiligungsReport”, in the project development category.

Last Thursday in Landshut the Deutscher BeteiligungsPreis was awarded for the tenth time to outstanding companies and personalities in the real-estate sector. Dr. Thomas Beyerle, Managing Director of Catella Property Valuation GmbH and speaker at the awards ceremony, justified the jury’s decision of PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH as “Top Project Developer for Real Estate”, citing the high space-efficiency of PROJECT Immobilien’s construction projects. For Dr. Beyerle “what is important in this context is not just that visions are being developed, but that there is a real demand for them in the market.”
