PROJECT Immobilien leases over 4,000m² in the new NUBIS office building in Berlin Adlershof
The “NUBIS” office complex at 5 Franz-Ehrlich-Strasse at Berlin’s Adlershof Science and Technology Park has found a new major leaseholder in Techem Energy Services GmbH.

The worldwide leading energy service provider will lease around 4,200m² of office space across four floors in the second construction phase, as well as 28 underground parking spaces from the new “NUBIS” office building developed by PROJECT Immobilien. Techem Energy Services GmbH will move into their new office space by spring 2019.
In total, "NUBIS" will provide around 17,400m² of office rental space as part of three construction phases. The first spaces in the first construction phase are already ready to be occupied; the other two construction phases are to follow this year. The total occupancy rate of "NUBIS" currently stands at 85 percent.
PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH is currently developing over 100,000m² of office rental space as well as three hotels in six locations in Berlin and Brandenburg.
