“NUBIS” Berlin-Adlershof: First and second construction phase completely let
After concluding another lease agreement, PROJECT Immobilien announces the complete letting of the first two construction phases of the "NUBIS” office complex in the Adlershof Science and Technology park.

The last rented office space will be occupied by convivo GmbH for at least ten years starting in the summer of 2019. The Berlin software developer has signed the lease for 1,056m² of space on the third floor of the “NUBIS” second construction phase.
After completely letting the first two construction phases in the office complex on Franz-Ehrlich-Strasse in Berlin-Adlershof, almost 90 percent of the total commercial space has now been let. There are currently five efficiently planned, flexibly usable areas available in the third phase, ranging from 113m² to 733m² and ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2019.
