PROJECT Immobilien is developing a total project area of 372,242m² in the top seven German cities analysed in the study, including 303,821m² in the residential sector alone. This means fifth place overall in this individual segment. The project and property developer is implementing the highest number of projects in Berlin and ranks fourth here in the residential sector. PROJECT Immobilien also achieved top rankings in the Berlin commercial sector, ranking tenth in the office sector and seventh in the hotel sector.

PROJECT Immobilien has been successfully realising residential and commercial properties for over 20 years, and today they can be found in the metropolitan regions of Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, the Rhine-Main area, the Rhineland and Vienna. The project and property developer is one of the only companies in the industry that draws exclusively on its own capital, which comes from the funds of its sister company, PROJECT Investment.

“The excellent result achieved once again in the project developer study demonstrates that we are on the right path with our holistic concept and our strategy. From acquisition to project development, through to construction management and successful sales, we offer everything from a single source. Thanks to our financing concept, we are independent of banks and give our customers the assurance that all properties are already pre-financed and their completion is therefore guaranteed,” says Michael Weniger, Board Spokesperson of PROJECT Real Estate AG.

In the annual study, market research and consulting company bulwiengesa analyses the market for project developments in the German A cities Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart, for which they call on over 100 of the largest project developers in Germany. The study determines and evaluates the structure and volume of the project development market by city and segment. The focus here is on the office, residential, retail and hotel use categories. The period up to 2023 was relevant for the study.
