PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH Develops New Office and Commercial Project in the Technology and Science Park Wildau
With the new office and commercial building "NUWO", located in the Technology and Science Park Wildau southeast of Berlin, the project and property developer PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH is realising a total of approx. 8,200 m² of rental space. The building permit has already been granted and construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2020.

The four-floor office building with 156 outdoor and underground parking spaces is being constructed in an energy-efficient design at Hochschulring 25. The individual office and commercial spaces can be flexibly partitioned and have modern equipment standards. The first occupation of the rental space is expected to be possible from the first quarter of 2022.

Only a few kilometres from the capital’s border, the Technology and Science Park Wildau has developed into a location of the future.
