PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH Starts Construction of the Office Building "CUBUS 156" in Berlin-Tempelhof
New offices for companies in Berlin: At Tempelhofer Damm 156, the project and property developer PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH is constructing the new office building "CUBUS 156" with 2,680m² of total usable space. Construction work began this week and the office space is expected to be ready for occupation in the first quarter of 2022.

The bright and modern rental spaces are being developed in an attractive, highly visible corner location in the Berlin district of Tempelhof. The existing building is currently being demolished and construction of the shell is expected to begin in autumn 2020.
