Office Space at the New BER Airport Takes Shape: PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH Completes Shell Construction

Work on the new office building “B3.OFFICES” in Business Park Berlin in the immediate vicinity of the new capital airport BER is proceeding as planned. The project developer PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH has successfully completed the shell construction of the office and commercial building at Alexander-Meißner-Straße 6. The office and commercial rental space is expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021.

The building, which is currently under construction, comprises approx. 6,700 m² of total rental space spread over seven floors. The rental space can be flexibly designed in terms of floor plans and layout to suit the tenant, and rental units from approx. 220 m² can be rented. Two further planned office buildings complete the “B3.OFFICES” property. Future tenants will also benefit from a boarding house and two design hotels that the project developer is developing directly next door at the location at Alexander-Meißner-Straße 2 and 4. Among other things, companies can accommodate employees here on a project-related basis. The hotels and the boarding house are already leased on a long-term basis.

The Business Park Berlin is Berlin's largest contiguous business park. Due to the new BER airport, an S-Bahn station in the direct vicinity and the convenient connection to the B96 and the A113, the office location with “B3.OFFICES” offers short distances for innovative companies, institutions and organisations.
