Regus leases 2,000 m² in the „GIRO“ project from PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH
The property developer PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH has found a new tenant for its commercial project “GIRO” in Teltow. The International Workplace Group (IWG) has signed a rental agreement for around 2,000m² in the project still under construction in “Techno Terrain Teltow”.

It is expected that the space will be handed over to IWG in the third quarter of 2020 for the operation of a „HQ“ branded coworking centre. With the current signing of the contract, a good 25 percent of the office space in "GIRO" is now leased. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised IWG during the leasing process.
A total of around 9,000m² of rental space will be developed on the property at Rheinstrasse 11. The 600,000m² “Techno Terrain Teltow” now houses more than 210 companies, including numerous companies in the medical technology and microelectronics sectors.
