The opening of the new capital airport BER next weekend will also promote the further development of the region. “B3.OFFICES” in the Business Park Berlin
Future tenants of the new “B3.OFFICES” complex at Alexander-Meissner-Strasse 6-10 in the Berlin Business Park will benefit from the direct proximity to the airport. The office and commercial space is only eight minutes away. The first of three planned buildings, with a total usable area of approx. 20,000 m², is currently in an advanced stage of construction at approx. 7,000 m². The rental space can be flexibly designed in terms of floor plans and layout to suit the tenant, and rental units can be rented from approx. 240 m² upwards. PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH is also developing a boarding house and two design hotels directly next door at Alexander-Meissner-Strasse 2 and 4.

At Silbersteinsteinstrasse 16 in the Berlin district of Neukölln and about 15 minutes away from the new capital airport, the new office and commercial building “SIL/BER workspace” is being constructed. Neukölln, as an important industrial district with close ties to the scientific and business location Adlershof, offers the ideal environment for companies. The total rental space of approx. 2,500 m² is divided into four full floors and one staggered floor, which can be designed flexibly and tenant-specifically with regard to the floor plans and division of the rental units. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021.
“NUWO” in the Technology and Science Park Wildau
About 20 minutes are located between BER and the Technology and Science Park Wildau southeast of Berlin. Here, the project developer is realizing the new commercial and office building “NUWO” with a total of approx. 8,300 m² rental space. The building at Hochschulring 25 comprises four floors as well as 173 outdoor and underground parking spaces and is only a few minutes away from the nearest freeway access and the S-Bahn. As with all other projects, the individual office and commercial spaces can be flexibly partitioned and have modern equipment standards. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021.

The airport Berlin-Brandenburg can be reached in about 25 minutes. Here, construction is also expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021.
