University of Potsdam rents office and laboratory space in “H-LAB” from PROJECT Immobilien
PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH has concluded a ten-year lease agreement with the University of Potsdam. The university will use 2,490 m² of office and laboratory space in the new construction project “H-LAB” in the Potsdam Science Park. The lease period will begin in the fourth quarter of 2021.

The four-story office and laboratory building “H-LAB” with approximately 4,600 m² of leasable space and 63 parking spaces is being built in the Potsdam-Golm Science Park, Am Mühlenberg 9 in Potsdam. The combined office and laboratory spaces can be rented from a size of approximately 600 m². Currently, two units are still available.
