QMEDIS Analytics GmbH rents laboratory space in "H-LAB" from PROJECT Immobilien in Potsdam
PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH was able to conclude another rental agreement for the office and laboratory complex "H-LAB" Am Mühlenberg 9 in the Potsdam Science Park. QMEDIS Analytics GmbH rents around 350 m² on the first floor of the building. The GMP-certified contract laboratory offers a wide range of analytical and galenic services. The lease period begins on October 1, 2021 and runs for ten years plus an option to extend.

Thanks to the new lease agreement with the analytical and galenic development laboratory and the lease agreement already concluded with the University of Potsdam, around 68 per cent of the total office and laboratory space of approx. 4,600 m² has now been let. The new building project is already under construction and is expected to be completely finished in the fourth quarter of 2021. The "H-LAB" was only recently sold to Warburg-HIH Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest). The rental of the still available approx. 1,450 m² rental space continues to be handled by PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH.
