PROJECT Immobilien concludes further lease agreement for the new office building "Einstein22" in Kleinmachnow
PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH was able to conclude a further lease contract for the complete fourth floor (777 m²) of the new office building "Einstein22" in Europarc Dreilinden in Kleinmachnow. This means that over 70 percent of the total area of 4,954 m² at Albert-Einstein-Ring 22 has already been let. Three office units from 445 m² are currently still available.

The tenants come from the areas of logistics, IT and EDP services, auditing, tax advice and consulting as well as from the healthcare sector, and some of them have already moved into the new rental space. The remaining available space will be individually developed according to the tenants' wishes and can be occupied from the fourth quarter of 2022.
The new six-storey office building "Einstein22" is located in Europarc Dreilinden and thus in the immediate vicinity of internationally active companies such as eBay and PayPal. Among other things, tenants at the location benefit from a more favourable business tax rate of 320% compared to the federal capital with 410% and are at the same time very well connected to Berlin and Potsdam
