PROJECT Immobilien offers attractive rental space in direct proximity to the new Berlin airport BER
The opening of the new capital airport BER next weekend will also promote the further development of the region. As an international hub, the Berlin-Brandenburg airport is an attractive environment for companies, businesses and organizations. In order to cover the demand for office and commercial space, the project developer PROJECT Immobilien Gewerbe AG is offering four modern new buildings in the direct and immediate vicinity of BER.
Future tenants of the new “B3.OFFICES” complex at Alexander-Meissner-Strasse 6-10 in the Berlin Business Park will benefit from the direct proximity to the airport. The office and commercial space is only eight minutes away. The first of three planned buildings, with a total usable area of approx. 20,000 m², is currently in an advanced stage of construction at approx. 7,000 m². Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021.

About 20 minutes are located between BER and the Technology and Science Park Wildau southeast of Berlin. Here, the project developer is realizing the new commercial and office building “NUWO” with a total of approx. 8,300 m² rental space. The building at Hochschulring 25 comprises four floors as well as 173 outdoor and underground parking spaces and is only a few minutes away from the nearest freeway access and the S-Bahn. As with all other projects, the individual office and commercial spaces can be flexibly partitioned and have modern equipment standards. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021.

The airport Berlin-Brandenburg can be reached in about 25 minutes. Here, construction is also expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021.
