PROJECT Immobilien joins the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB)

The German Sustainable Building Council is the central platform for all those who are involved and interested in sustainable building.

By joining, the PROJECT Immobilien Group supports the goal of promoting sustainability in the construction and real estate industry. Already in the past, especially in the commercial sector, selected building projects were DGNB-certified (e.g. the MACHWERK74 in Berlin) or subjected to the so-called DGNB-PreCheck, so to speak the preliminary stage to full certification. Such certification will be increasingly sought for other properties in the future.

In addition, the DGNB offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with other members at trade fairs, congresses or other exclusive events, or to take part in training courses on sustainable construction as part of the DGNB Academy.
