The H-LAB office and laboratory complex is being built at Mühlenberg 9 in the Potsdam Science Park, one of the most innovative science locations and research clusters in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region. With around 3,500 employees and over 9,000 students, the Potsdam Science Park is Brandenburg's largest science location. In addition to the Fraunhofer and Max Planck Institutes, the University of Potsdam is also represented here and is also a tenant of H-LAB. At the GO:IN Innovation Centre, start-ups have the opportunity to set up business in an innovative environment.
We are building flexibly divisible rental space on a total of approx. 4,601 m², of which only approx. 591 m² office and laboratory space is currently available on each of two floors and which is expected to be ready for occupation in the first quarter of 2023 after the tenants have completed their fit-out. The spacious lifts and the outdoor parking spaces ensure a high level of comfort. The completion of the building's refined shell is in its final stages. In addition, well-known companies such as the University of Potsdam and the analytical and galenic development laboratory QMEDIS Analytics have already been acquired as tenants in H-LAB.
