(Berlin-Treptow-Köpenick, 20.12.2017) — PROJECT Immobilien Gewerbe AG has secured four new commercial leases across a total of almost 1,600m² of office and practice spaces in NUBIS, 5 Franz-Ehrlich-Strasse, at the Adlershof Science and Technology Park in Berlin. As a result, the occupancy rate of the new building in the first of three construction phases increases to 87 percent.
COC Dienstleistungs GmbH has leased around 360m² of space in the first phase of the new office building at the Adlershof suburban railway station, which will be ready for them to occupy in the first quarter of 2018 and for at least five years. During the first construction phase, the dental practice "KINDERDENTIST" will also rent a 735m² ground floor space for at least ten years, starting in the spring of 2018.
A lease agreement for a 335m² area on the fourth floor has been negotiated in the third construction phase. The rental space is to be handed over in the summer and leased for at least five years to DECADA Consulting GmbH and QuadriO Beratungsgesellschaft mbH.
With Café MUCA, PROJECT Immobilien was able to secure another catering tenant for the "NUBIS" and add to the culinary offer along with the Asian restaurant "Van Tat". The coffee shop with bakery will lease 167m² of retail space on the ground floor of the third construction phase.
There is currently 5,000m² of contiguous rental space still available in “NUBIS” that will be ready for occupancy next year.
