Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

We process personal data that we receive directly from you in the course of our business relationship. In addition, we process personal data that we have received from other companies, e.g. to execute orders, to fulfill contracts or on the basis of a consent given by you. On the other hand, we process personal data that we have obtained and are permitted to process from publicly accessible sources (e.g. commercial and association registers, press, media, Internet). Relevant personal data can be:

Customer contact information
In the course of the business initiation phase and during the business relationship, in particular through personal, telephone or written contacts, initiated by you or by one of our employees, further personal data is generated, e.g. information on the contact channel, date, occasion and result.

3. For what purpose is your data being processed (purposes) and on what legal basis?

We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu):
When processing personal data for which we obtain your consent, such as for sending newsletters, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) of the DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
In the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract with you, including software-supported documentation such as correspondence, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO serves as the legal basis, as well as for the implementation of competitions or other advertising and marketing campaigns for which you have provided us with the data required for this purpose.
This provision also includes processing operations which are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, e.g. the collection of the data necessary for us to be able to comply with your expressed interest in our products, as well as the examination of a possible conclusion of a contract with you. This also includes, for example, evidence provided by you or your financing bank to secure financing, and a check of your profession and marital status.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal pre-contractual obligation, Art. 6 para. 1, sentence 1 c) DSGVO serves as the legal basis. An example of this is the fulfilment of information obligations towards authorities. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party within the scope of a weighing of interests, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) DSGVO serves as the legal basis. The legitimate interest of our company lies in particular in the proper conduct of our business activities, which also includes the necessary data transfer within our company group.
In addition, we would like to inform and advise you about our products in the most targeted manner possible. For a demand-oriented analysis, we therefore deposit the motives you have given us for your interest in our products and carry out a segmentation for a demand-oriented and optimized approach. However, your personal data will not be processed automatically for this purpose. If your data is used for market and opinion research or for internal statistics, it will be pseudonymized or anonymized so that it is no longer possible to draw conclusions about you personally.
Insofar as you voluntarily provide us with data, e.g. in forms, and these are not required for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, we process these data on the basis that we assume that the processing and use of these data is in your interest, subject to your objection, which is possible at any time.
Finally, it is in our legitimate interest to use your contact information to request voluntary participation in a survey about your experiences and assessments in the context of our business relationship.

4. Data transfer to third parties

In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data economy, within our company and our company group only those persons and bodies receive your personal data which need them to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations as well as the other purposes according to section 3. For example, this can be the marketing department (sending out newsletters), customer service (after-sales support), project management and construction (to ensure that our obligations are fulfilled in accordance with the contract) or financial accounting (for the proper processing of payments).

Within our company group, a transfer can therefore be made to the following affiliated companies:
• PROJECT Real Estate AG
• PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen AG
• PM PROJECT Management GmbH & Co. KG

The guarantee of uniform data protection is ensured by the contractual definition of joint responsibility with binding standards within the company group.
On the basis of item 3, we only transfer data to third parties outside our company group if they serve to fulfill legitimate purposes and if they have been commissioned by us to do so. With all third parties outside of our group of companies, if necessary in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO, a so-called commissioned data processing agreement is concluded in advance, so that we can ensure that they also provide sufficient guarantees that suitable technical and organizational measures are implemented in such a way that the processing of your data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the DSGVO and the protection of your rights is guaranteed. Examples of this are the sending of newsletters by a third party provider or the transfer of your purchase data to the property manager so that the property manager can properly fulfil his duties.
In addition, we transfer data to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so. This is the case if state institutions (e.g. authorities and offices) request information in writing, a court order exists or a legal basis permits the transfer.

5. Data transfer to third countries

Personal data is not transferred to so-called third countries outside the EU/EEA area.

6. Data storage period & deletion periods

We process and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations and for all other purposes mentioned under point 3 or as required by law. If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be blocked or deleted for further processing regularly and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

7. Your rights

8. Is there an obligation for me to provide data?

We process and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations and for all other purposes mentioned under point 3 or as required by law. If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be blocked or deleted for further processing regularly and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

9. Legal existence of automated decision making (including profiling)
