Attractive location: conveniently situated and directly on the waterfront

The commercial space is not only in an attractive waterfront location directly on the Dahme river in the Treptow-Köpenick district, but is also conveniently located on a main road with good public transport connections. There is a tram stop a few metres away, so the Köpenick S-Bahn station can be reached in ten minutes by tram – from here there is a direct connection to the main railway station and Berlin city centre. You can reach the city centre in around 40 minutes by public transport or car. The A100 motorway access road and thus the Berlin city ring road and all of the capital's important arterial roads can be reached quickly in about seven kilometres. It takes about 23 minutes to get to BER airport, and only about ten minutes to the technology and science centres of Berlin-Adlershof and Berlin-Schöneweide.

The nearby old town of Köpenick offers a wide range of shops, service providers and restaurants. The Forum Köpenick, with over 130 specialist shops, is just under ten minutes away by car. A discount store is located to the south of the property.

In the area of the Dahme and Spree rivers, in Schlosspark Köpenick and in Volkspark, there are many nearby recreational opportunities – ideal for a lunch break. After work, the Müggelheimer Forst and the Müggelsee are only a few kilometres away.
